How do people practice/prepare for parkour? What it takes to become an expert in parkour? As you all know that parkour is one of those extreme sports that require a great amount of practice in order to become a pro. It takes a good amount of strength to able to perform extreme stunts. You must have the ability to jump extremely high, have good stamina, and be to perform body-weight exercises such as pull-ups and push-up without any troubles. Workout program to prepare for parkour The workout program is provided by a plyometric expert named Shawn Myszka. The workout consists of cardio and strength exercises that must be performed at least two or three times a week.
