What is Aqua Jogging?:

Aqua Jogging involves wearing a personal flotation device which helps to keep your body floating in the water and then moving your arms and legs in jogging or running motion in the deep end of a pool where your feet cannot touch the bottom of the pool. Aqua Jogging is a fun and practical form of cross-training which is most popular with professional athletes, in fact, Aqua Jogging is considered the most popular form of cross-training among professionals.

What Equipment Do You Need?:

There are many different forms of equipment that can be used in Aqua jogging with the simplest being a flotation belt however some athletes take the extra step and use resistance shoes as well as resistance gloves or weights to make the jog even harder.
