Stand UP Paddle Board Yoga:

What is Paddle Board Yoga?

Paddle Board Yoga or often referred to as SUP Yoga (where SUP stands for Stand-Up Paddle Board) is a form of yoga that is done on a flotation device called a paddleboard. Paddleboards are like surfboards but instead of surfing the waves on a beach, paddleboards are used to paddle across the water. SUP Yoga combines the two forms to create an intensive and surreal workout experience.
